We're Hiring Barbers
Penny Lane Barbers provides today’s modern professional male with a classic, old-school barbering experience combined with innovative techniques in an upscale, yet laid back atmosphere. We are looking to create an amazing team to build a strong foundation for our barbers to develop their craft and hone their skills. At Penny Lane Barbers, we provide our team the opportunity to continually learn new techniques and expand their skillset through quarterly team events ranging from in-house workshops to barbering conventions with the industry’s top talent.
Barber Requirements:

A current NJ Cosmetology license
-
Must provide a high-end experience and deliver excellent customer service to clientele

Strive to establish and maintain strong client and team relationships

Desire to grow individually while playing a major role in the success of the team

Must be a highly motivated individual with an artistic drive
Barber Responsibilities:
-
Provide full barbering services, including hair cutting, shampooing, styling, and shaving
-
Maintain cleanliness of your station and barbershop as a whole
-
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of each workday

Acquire and maintain premium barbering equipment including straight razor
-
Occasionally assist receptionist with end of day tasks

Strive for greatness and never settle

Required Education:

High school or equivalent
Required Experience:

No prior experience required; however, barbering portfolios (i.e. Instagram) showcasing your talent are encouraged

Applicants may be asked to perform a demonstration as part of the interview process
